THE WATER SERVICES subsidiary of Suez Lyonnaise des Eaux, Degrémont, has been selected by the bidding commission of the Tours area of France to modernise and expand the local WwTP.
Degrémont will collaborate with the Stereau group on the contract, which is worth $41 million. The plant will process wastewater from the homes of 400,000 people in the Tours area and will treat a peak flow of
5200m3/hr compared with 3350m3/hr at present.
