* Rogelio Singson, president of Maynilad Water, has ruled out an IPO only a year after bullishly predicting it could happen as early as the fourth quarter of 2008.
While revenues are up on last year, suboptimal market conditions and the fact that Maynilad’s concession expires in 14 years would make an IPO at this juncture very difficult, he told GWI.
