The French construction giant has ceded control of its last remaining water interest to an African private equity fund.
French construction group Bouygues has taken a further step towards exiting the water sector, selling 35.7% of its subsidiary Finagestion to private equity group Emerging Capital Partners for an estimated €13 million.
