The combined group of Agbar and Suez Environnement will have to adopt a clear strategy to maximise growth internationally.
Suez Environnement’s assumption of control over Agbar will bring stability and clearer direction to the Spanish operator, which has pursued an occasionally perilous path towards international diversification, at times competing against its would-be parent for the same contract.
