Remondis Aqua breaks the ice in Russia

The German company has beaten off local competition to win a water and wastewater PPP in the city of Arzamas.

German water service company Remondis Aqua has become the first foreign operator to win a municipal water concession in the Russian Federation, signing a 15-year deal to serve the city of Arzamas, 400km east of Moscow.
