The GWI Global Water Index is at its highest point since September 2008. A positive price review from the regulator helped the big UK stocks to outperform this month.
The GWI Global Water Index outperformed all the major stock indices this month, enjoying its best month since September.
The index seems set to end the year on a high (it stood at 62.2 at this point last year), although the full-year performance will be analysed in greater detail next month, when GWI undertakes its annual water stocks review ...
