The bids are in for Libya’s maiden set of water management contracts. Further opportunities are in the pipeline.
Two firms are in the running for the management contracts covering water and wastewater services in the Libyan cities of Tripoli and Benghazi, after bids were submitted in December by Suez Environnement and Farrer Consulting, part of Biwater Services.
