Thai Tap Water, the Bangkok-based water supplier which floated on the local stock exchange last year, announced a $193 million baht-denominated bond issue at the beginning of February. It has been a good year for the company: sales volumes in the first nine months of 2008 were up 17% against the same period in 2007.
