* Moody’s has downgraded the rating of Italian water operator Acquedotto Pugliese (AQP) to Baa3, mirroring a similar move by Standard & Poor’s last month.

Part of the reason is the fact that AQP is heavily invested in bonds issued by beleagured carmakers GM and Ford. The rating remains on review for possible downgrade.
