AndalucĂ­a to double reuse

Golf and horticulture are creating demand for additional water resources in southern Spain. Increased reuse capacity could provide part of the solution.

The southern Spanish region of Andalucía is to double its current wastewater reuse capacity to about 400,000m3/d by 2012, regional environment minister Cinta Castillo said in February.
