Spain signs regional reuse agreements

Two Spanish regions have agreed wastewater financing programmes with Madrid. Regional elections could threaten the outcome in Galicia.

The Spanish Environment Ministry has signed financing agreements with two more regional governments, Galicia and the Balearic Islands, for the wastewater treatment investment contemplated in the 2007-2015 Water Quality Plan.
