Impending EU compliance deadlines will result in a rush of wastewater tenders from the Czech Republic over the next 18 months. With EU funds running out, the government has drafted in extra help.
Large numbers of tenders for the construction of wastewater treatment plants and collection networks will emerge from the Czech Republic in 2009 and 2010, as the country rushes to meet EU compliance deadlines.
