A push-back from banks on the debt package to fund the 68,200m3/d and 400MW Salalah IWPP in Oman has re-ignited competition for the preferred bidder role.
Oman Power and Water Procurement Company contacted bidders on the $1 billion Salalah IWPP at the beginning of May to request the revalidation of bids for a period of four months.
