Christ Water Technology has agreed to sell its pharmaceutical water division to BWT.

* The deal, worth in excess of €35 million, includes a 49% stake in biopharma technology provider Zeta Group, and is expected to result in a substantial reduction in Christ's financial liabilities. Christ's pharma division was its fastest growing unit last year, with revenues up by 72%.
