The merger of Arcadis and Malcolm Pirnie will create a consultant engineer with nearly $500m of water-related revenues – and significant synergies.
Dutch consultancy Arcadis has merged with US water and environmental consulting firm Malcolm Pirnie in a deal worth $220 million. The move catapults the combined entity into the top 10 consulting engineers active in the global water market, with combined water revenues of about $480 million.
