Rwanda prepares for water investment

The central African country has one of the fastest growing populations in the world. They need more water.
With Rwanda's population expected to rise by one sixth by 2015, the country is planning an aggressive infrastructure programme worth at least $32-35 million annually for constructing and rehabilitating water and sanitation facilities.
