Bahrain's Ministry of Works is reviewing whether the planned 120,000m3/d expansion and upgrade of the Tubli wastewater treatment plant will be procured on a build-operate-transfer (BOT) basis instead of the five-year design-build-operate (DBO) scheme original envisaged.
