Boustead Holdings' plans for a renounceable rights issue of up to 260,412,729 new shares were approved at an EGM on 29 July.
* Qualifying shareholders will receive two rights shares for every five Boustead shares held at a price of MYR2.80 per rights share.
* Developments at Asia Water Technology have taken a farcical turn. After the largest shareholder, EGN Nominees, failed to get four board members removed at the EGM, three of them subsequently resigned with effect from 11 August. There still ...
