Chinese firm Epure International is hoping that a letter of intent with Marafiq in Saudi Arabia will be a stepping stone to global opportunities.
Epure International signed a letter of intent with Marafiq in July to undertake an RMB562 million ($82.4 million) expansion of the Jubail sanitary wastewater treatment plant known as SWTP-9.
