Universal smart metering is still a pipe dream for the UK water sector. New research could bring it one step closer.
Following the setting of a target of universal smart metering for the UK energy sector by 2020, Mouchel has been appointed by UK Water Industry Research (UKWIR) to conduct an industrywide review into smart metering in the water industry.
