The Israeli desalter had an impressive 2008, more than doubling its revenues. What are its prospects in 2009?
The Delek Group has published financial results for desalination specialist IDE Technologies, which it owns jointly with Israel Chemicals. The figures show that IDE tripled its revenues between 2005 and 2008 to reach $270 million last year, while gross profits rose by more than 400% over the same period (see chart).
