Even smaller project loans in the Gulf are struggling to find sponsorship. Only six banks have joined a new term facility for two Abu Dhabi WWTPs.
Six banks have signed up to a 20-year international project finance loan for the two wastewater treatment plants that Veolia and Besix will build and operate in Abu Dhabi under a 25-year concession.
