Four bidders are left in the race to buy a 49% stake in Veolia’s UK water portfolio. The price will depend on what mood Ofwat is in come November.
Veolia has advanced its plan to sell a stake of up to 49% in its UK water business, short-listing four bidders from the large number of non-binding expressions of interest it had received by the end of July.
