* The world’s biggest wastewater treatment plant contract has been awarded in Mexico.

A consortium of ICA, IDEAL, Mitsui subsidiary Atlatec and Acciona Agua beat an OHL-led consortium to win the tender for the 4.5 million m3/d Atotonilco wastewater treatment plant which will serve Mexico City (see story p26).
