* Moya, the Saudi-Bahraini specialist water investment vehicle set up last year by Gulf One Investment Bank and the Bushnak Group, has made its first acquisition outside the Gulf region.

It has bought 51% of Dayen Environmental, a wastewater treatment specialist with a slightly soiled share price (see story p31). Together with Moya Bushnak, which specialises in desalination plants, Dayen is looking to become a significant player in the Gulf water business, both as a plant supplier and a plant owner.
