* Hyflux has been awarded the $100 million EPC contract for the 40,000m3/d Tobruk SWRO plant in Libya.
Tobruk is the first of four desal plants which are planned to increase water supply in Libya by 2013. Construction will take two years, and will be followed by a three-year O&M period for Hyf lux.
