Remondis establishes Spanish beachhead

The German water operator has broadened its international portfolio by taking over Barcelona-based firm OMSSacede. It wants to use the company as a platform to break into the Spanish industrial market.

Privately owned German water operator Remondis Aqua has furthered its international ambitions by buying 100% of Barcelona-based OMS-Sacede, which provides water management services to more than one million people in Spain.
