A clean-tech venture fund has taken over the Kinrot water incubator in Israel. It is banking on some lucrative exits.
Israeli venture fund AquAgro Fund LP has acquired water incubator Kinrot Technology Ventures from Canada’s Stern Partners in a share swap deal. Under the agreement, Stern will become a partner in the Tel Aviv-based venture fund.
