Two years after pre-qualifying companies, the Tunisian authorities have still not released an RFP for a combined wastewater treatment package. The wait could soon be over.
ONAS, Tunisia’s wastewater and sanitation agency, is hoping to issue its request for final proposals for the BOT contract of the El Allef and El Attar 2 WWTPs by May, nearly two years after the pre-qualification finished.
