The Chennai-based EPC contractor has filed for a partial IPO. The document throws new light on the vulnerability of the company’s revenues.
VA Tech Wabag filed a draft prospectus on 18 March ahead of its forthcoming initial public offering, which will see about 25% of the company floated on the National Stock Exchange of India and the Bombay Stock Exchange later this year.
