PRASA seeks private help on NRW

Puerto Rico’s Aqueduct and Sewer Authority wants to reduce non-revenue water through a PPP. The project could bring in $800 million over 15 years.


The Puerto Rico Aqueduct and Sewer Authority (PRASA) issued a request for qualifications on 11 June, seeking private sector partners to undertake work to reduce non-revenue water (NRW) over a 15-year period.
