Singapore’s national water agency PUB launched a S$400 million (US$290 million) 12-year bond issue in early July, carrying a 3.012% coupon.


DBS Bank acted as the lead manager of the issue, the proceeds from which will be used to refinance a previous issue which matures in August 2011.
