* Ownership changes at three of the UK’s regulated water utilities dominated the headlines this month.

Shares in Northumbrian Water were delisted from the London Stock Exchange on 14 October, following the successful take-over by a CKI-led consortium, while HSBC has agreed to sell Cambridge Water to South Staffordshire plc. Canadian investor Capstone Infrastructure Corporation, meanwhile, has emerged as the new owner of a 70% stake in Bristol Water.
