CAB picks up two new passengers

The Brazilian water concessionaire is poised to take on new shareholders ahead of a possible IPO revival. Alexandre Spatuzza reports from São Paulo.

Brazilian water and sanitation company CAB Ambiental expects to conclude negotiations in November with BNDESPar, which will see the equity arm of Brazil’s national development bank take a 25% to 35% stake in the company.
