*Anglian Water tapped the Class B bond market for $410 million in early November via a 10-year offering paying a coupon of 5.18%.

 The notes, believed to be the first in the asset class to be denominated in US dollars, are rated Baa3/BBB/BBB+, and were placed by Commonwealth Australia Securities LLC.
