Vietnam set to lay its PPP ghosts to rest

The Vietnamese government is selecting pilot projects for its new PPP programme. Full-scale implementation is still some way off, as GWI’s Olivia Jensen and Rama Rastogi discover.

Two water projects are among a group of initiatives identified by the Vietnamese government to be developed as PPP pilots under a new regulation which took effect in January this year (see table below).
