* Israeli component company Amiad Filtration Systems has acquired the remaining 34% stake in its French subsidiary Amiad France SARL.
The move is part of an Amiad plan to retain full shares in all its overseas subsidiaries, and comes shortly after the reacquisition of its Chinese offshoot.
