* The EBRD is considering extending its first public sector loan in the Turkish water sector, and is readying a €7.5 million facility for the resort town of Bodrum.
Proceeds would be used to finance the modernisation of local water and wastewater infrastructure.
* Halma plc has acquired Wagtech International’s water technology division for £3 million. The acquired business, which supplies water and environmental testing products, will be merged with Halma’s Palintest division.
* Two bidders – one Chinese and one Brazilian – are understood to be at an advanced stage ...
