Shares in Insituform plummeted by 13% on 16 June after the company drastically reduced its full-year EPS guidance from $1.75-1.90 to a new range of $1.30-1.40.

 The revision was chiefly due to a slower than expected recovery in Insituform’s North American sewer rehabilitation business, which has been hit by severe weather and continuing project delays.
