Beijing Enterprises Water Group is pressing ahead with its first international project – the Pantai 2 sewage treatment plant in Malaysia’s capital region.
This is the first contract to be signed since BEWG announced an MOU with the Malaysian government last year. What was expected to be a DBO project, however, is now merely design-build.
