Trility pushes through a trio of transactions

The former UU Australia is looking to take full control of three of its joint ventures by buying out existing partners. It has yet to prove itself in the competitive project market.

 A buoyant secondary market has emerged for water projects in Australia, with Trility –formerly United Utilities Australia – agreeing to buy its joint venture partners out of a trio of operational projects in the first half of July.
