Abu Dhabi Sewerage Services Company has named preferred bidders for two sevenyear O&M contracts covering wastewater collection, treatment and distribution in the emirate.
The preferred bidders are EL Nitco (western area) and an aqualia/MACE JV (eastern area). Formal contract awards were due to be made within a few weeks of GWI going to press, and this will be followed by contracts for Abu Dhabi Island and the Mafraq and Zakher plants, ADSSC told GWI.
