Ofwat has awarded a contract for the development of a new financial model used to set UK water companies’ price limits.
The UK water industry regulator has appointed Cap Gemini Ernst & Young to develop the new model. Called Aquarius 3, the computerised model will be used for setting price limits for the companies at the next price review in 2004.
