A NEW ORGANISATION, comprised of companies including US Filter, United Water and Thames Water North America, was launched last month to focus on US water quality and safety issues as well as infrastructure improvements.
Based in Washington DC, the Water Partnership Council will concentrate on helping municipalities examine the option of entering into and managing public-private partnerships.
The Council will develop various information guides and papers based on the successes of communities served by its member companies. In addition to serving municipalities, many of the members also serve industrial clients.
