Knesset to probe Israeli water crisis

ISRAEL’S KNESSET HOUSE COMMITTEE has unanimously decided to establish a parliamentary commission to investigate the reasons for the country’s severe water crisis.

According to a letter of appointment issued by the house committee, the special panel will be specifically charged with investigating who is to blame for the crisis. Israeli newspaper Ha’aretz noted that the Knesset research department has already started collecting the relevant information for the new commission.
