Hoboken contract extension

UNITED WATER’S contract with the city of Hoboken, New Jersey for the operation and maintenance of its water system has been extended for a further ten years.

As part of the new contract, United Water – a wholly owned Ondeo subsidiary – will make an initial payment of $2.7 million to the city, followed by an additional $300,000 to upgrade remote meter reading technology.
