Industrial outsourcing win for Vivendi

Vivendi Water subsidiary, US Filter Operating Services has signed industrial outsourcing agreements for water and wastewater treatment with the Westlake Chemical Corporation, part of the Houston-based Westlake Group.
Under the terms of the 15-year agreement, US Filter will operate, maintain and make capital improvements to the water and wastewater treatment units at Westlake’s two ethylene plants as well as supply purified process water to a styrene plant, all located at the chemical company’s Lake Charles complex in Louisiana.
