THE CLEAN UP SCHEME for Rio de Janeiro state’s Sepetiba bay has officially begun.
The tender prospectus for a R$2.8 million (US$1.14 million) executive study was published on 26 July by the state secretary for water resources, Luiz Henrique Lima. The tender is to be awarded in the next two months.
