MOTT MACDONALD has been appointed technical advisor by the EBRD to monitor the disbursement of a €31 million loan to Sofiyska Voda.
The company has a 25-year concession to run water and
wastewater services in Sofia and is majority owned by the International Water/United Utilities joint venture. It is the first privately managed water and wastewater company in Bulgaria.
