Estonia: An €80 million loan to AS Tallinna Vesi, the water company co-owned by IWL, was finalised.
The lead banks were EBRD and Germany’s Depfa Bank. The loan tenor is 121/2 years. EBRD will syndicate €50 million of the loan, which has been arranged on an A/B structure, to international commercial banks. An acquisition loan to an IWL offshore vehicle is still under discussion.
